The Grand Cru chocolate is made from the Criollo noble cocoa bean with the designation of origin Maracaibo, Venezuela. The best fine cocoas from top locations, for which farmers receive more than the Fairtrade prize, are processed slowly and gently in a traditional way. From this, the Swiss company Felchlin creates the Maracaibo Criolot 38%. Its full-bodied milk cream flavour is supported by a fine honey and caramel note. Due to the traditionally gentle production process, the Criollo edelkakao can be recognized in the beginning, which ends together with a subtle roasting and vanilla taste in the palate.
The Martell Valley, nestled in the Stelvio National Park, is one of the most beautiful high alpine side valleys of the South Tyrolean Vinschgo. It is also called the Beerental. With its cultivated areas at an altitude of 900 – 1,800m, it is the most important and highest closed growing area of tasty mountain strawberries in Europe. The extremely high quality is mainly due to the dry and mild climate, the warm summer days and cool nights, as well as the careful care.
Combined with the full-bodied Maracaibo Criolait a sweet delicacy.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate 60% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cream powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, bourbon vanilla) filled with Marteller strawberries 40% (strawberries from the Martell Valley 26%, sugar, gelling agent: apple pectin, acidifier: citric acid) Cocoa: 38% min. of chocolate.
May contain traces of nuts, almonds and gluten. Store light-protected, cool and dry.
