Zartbitter chocolate filled with the award-winning Merano sweet wine 'Passito Sissi'
The Premium Cru Chocolate Sao Palm comes from the fine cocoa beans grown in the Yayra Glover project. The cocoa-growing area in southern Ghana covers about 6500 ha with 2600 small farmers, who have an interesting perspective through long-term contracts. Socially acceptable working and production conditions are created, natural resources and the environment are conserved.
In addition, farmers are paid for the best quality above the fair trade price.
Earth, water, sun and air are wonderful elements for a special wine enjoyment. The grapes for the award-winning sweet wine "Sissi" (Goldmuskateller Passito DOC) are hand-picked and placed for 3-5 months for drying. Vinification and storage on the fine yeast for about 12 months follows. The "Sissi" has a rich, golden yellow color with a greenish glow. The bouquet is rich, reminiscent in fragrance of citrus fruits, rose petals, vanilla and apricots and can be stored for 20 years.
